Jay, I am following your progress and I am so excited to read about your swim. I can’t imagine swimming the Ottawa River, so Lake Ontario is just – WOW! I keep remembering you through yesterday and today, and I offer up a prayer for you.

You made your dream come true! I am honoured to have been part of your crew. I will be forever grateful for the many gifts you have given me by allowing me to be involved with your swim.
